Fight Lab 25

On May 22nd at Coyote Joe’s in Charlotte, NC, Fight Lab Pros will be presenting Fight Lab 25. The event is intended to coincide with race week. The first bout on the card is Roger Carroll versus Johnny Buck. Roger Carroll, also known as, “The Leprechaun,” stands 5’10’’ tall and weighs in at 170 lbs. His opponent, Johnny Buck, has the same height but weighs sixteen pounds more. Each of them has had more wins than losses in their professional fighting careers. If Buck loses, though, that will bring his count even, with nine of each. Carroll’s record currently stands at ten and six.

Next up are Mont McMullens and Bobby Gurley. Mcmullens weighs thirty pounds more than Gurley, but Gurley is an inch taller. Currently, their records are the exact opposites of each other, with Mcmullens’ standing at two and one and Gurley’s standing at one and two. Up next that night will be Joseph Carroll and Noe Quintanilla. Quintanilla already has been in twenty-five professional fights over the course of his career, and he has won eleven of them. Carroll, on the other hand, has a record of five and six. The two men both stand 5’10’’ tall. Carroll’s nickname is “El Dingo Loco.”

Aaron Osborne and Willie Hosch are also fighting that night. They both weigh one hundred seventy pounds, and Osborne has only lost one of his six fights. This will only be Hosch’s second professional fight. He won his first one. Osborne has been the welterweight champion at the Virginia cage fighting championships. Hosch won his first fight because of referee stoppage from strikes. Both of these young men are local to North Carolina. There will be ten other fights that night, too. The action will get underway at 7 pm, and it promises to be a hard hitting event.

Fuel TV 3

MMA fans across the country will be able to enjoy the action from Fairfax, Virginia’s Patriot Center on May 15th as Chan-Sung Jung, aka “The Korean Zombie,” takes on Dustin Poirier at Fuel TV 3. The rest of the fight card also promises plenty of hard hitting competition. Jung is from Po-Hang, South Korea, and he packs plenty of punching power. Not only is he a very aggressive fighter, his jaw seems to be made of steel, which makes him even harder to beat. One of the most popular fighters in the sport, Jung actually holds a college degree in Mixed Martial Arts.

His opponent, Dustin Poirier, is also known as “The Diamond.” Poirier’s approach to fighting is well rounded, seamlessly incorporating all the verbal, mental, and physical aspects of MMA. Hailing from Lafayette, Louisiana, he weighs in at 145 pounds. So far, he’s racked up ten wins: five by knockout, and five by submission. He’s certainly come a long way from his days collecting aluminum cans and picking pecans! Also on the card for the night are such exciting matchups as Camus vs. Soto, Prater vs. Grant, and Jonny Eduardo vs. “The Big Frog” (Jeff Curran). If you can’t be in Fairfax that night, you should be somewhere that you can watch it.

No matter where you are, there are few ways you will be able to enjoy this event. If your cable or satellite provider carries Fuel TV, you’ll be able to see it live on that channel at 8 pm EST. If you don’t have Fuel TV, you should still be able to order the event on pay per view. You might even be able to find a bar in your city that has already ordered the event. In that case, minimums and covers are the only costs you’ll incur.

MMA Glove Training Technology to Give You the Edge

Mixed Martial Arts is a sport that is continuing to rise in popularity all around the world. It is easy to see why so many people are falling in love with this type of sport, as it requires a high level of athleticism, skill, and heart to compete at the professional level. For those who are fresh to the world of MMA, the sport is a combination of different fighting styles, including Boxing, Wrestling, Jiu Jitsu, and Muay Thai, among others. Most people who are big fans of the sport tune in each month to watch Ultimate Fighting Championship fight cards, which feature some of the top athletes in the sport.

Many people who take an interest in the sport often want to participate in it and learn the various skills involved in MMA. If you plan on fighting in the cage, then you need to have well-rounded striking skills. In order to learn and sharpen up your boxing or striking skills, you need to have the right type of training gloves that will help enhance your skills and increase the speed and power of your punches. There are two types of training glove technology that is now being widely used by professional MMA fighters all across the globe.

A lot of fighters are using open ended seven ounce training gloves for all of their striking during practice and training sessions. These gloves are traditionally a bit thicker padded than the actual gloves used in an MMA bout. The extra thick padding material used in these gloves is designed to help protect your hands and keep them from getting injured during training. Different brands of these gloves have different features that add to the durability and protection the glove offers. Many of them have hook and loop wrist straps that tri-sect. This adds extra support to the wrist area of the hand to prevent shattering or sprains from occurring. The open palm design makes it easy to still use these gloves during drills that involve striking an opponent or dummy on the ground.

Another popular type of training glove is grappling gloves. One of the best types of grappling gloves to use are the type that use gel technology in them. This gel provides amazing protection for the hand and enables fighters to move more fluidly than plain foam technology alone. These gloves are ideal for those training days that are primarily focused on ground skills.

The sport of MMA is continuing to grow and gain rapid exposure to markets of fight fans from many different countries across the globe. One of these fight promotions is Super Fight League. This promotion is putting on their third event on May 6 in New Delhi. Super Fight League is also pioneering the way in the combat sports industry by allowing the entire fight card to be streamed over the Internet through YouTube. Many fight fans are hoping this is a trend that continues and that bigger promotions start putting up fights on YouTube to be watched live as well.

The headlining bout for Super Fight League 3 features a stellar heavyweight fight between Bobby Lashley and James Thompson. Lashley is not new to combat sports, having previously been a part of WWE as a professional wrestler. Lashley knows how to entertain a crowd and is sure to make the fight a memorable one to watch. Lashley has been paying his dues in the regional fight circuit and is coming off two consecutive victories, including one that landed him a championship title with a promotion called Sharks Fights.

The other headliner in the main event also headlined the very first Super Fight League event. Thompson was paired up against Bob Sapp, with Thompson taking home the win due to a submission in the first round of the fight. Sapp apparently suffered from an injury during the fight.

Super Fight League 3 also boasts a fight featuring Trevor Prangley and Baga Agaev. Prangley has been a part of many events hosted by some of the top fight promotions and organizations in the world. He has participated in both the middleweight and light heavyweight divisions over his career. Prangley was at the top of his game for a while, winning 11 fights and only losing one, but has since gone into a slump. His opponent Agaev will pose a serious threat to Prangley, as he has over 17 submission victories. If the fight goes to the ground, it should prove to be intensely interesting for fans who are watching in person and through the Internet. Cutting Edge MMA Training Gear to Boost Your Performance

There is no doubt that MMA or Mixed Martial Arts is one of the most exciting sports to watch in the world. For those who truly understand the technical aspects of the sport, there is never a dull moment in the ring or cage. If you are currently training in the disciplines of MMA, you probably understand the importance of having the most cutting edge training equipment to help boost your performance and get better results in the cage. There are many different pieces of equipment that help you develop your skills and take you to the next level of competition.

One of the most essential pieces of training technology your gym must have is training gloves. These gloves are used in sparring and on heavy bags. It is important to make sure that the type of training gloves you use here provide adequate protection for your hands. The most common hand injuries that occur in the world of MMA occur during sparring or training and are due to having gloves that do not provide great protection for the hands. One of the most advanced types of gloves fighters use are the type that use gel and foam padding. This helps reduce the amount of stress put on your hands to prevent fractures. Make sure the gloves you use provide good wrist protection as well as shock absorption.

If you are looking for equipment that can help you get stronger and faster, you need some good fitness equipment. A great way to train for endurance and stamina is to do conditioning training using a weighted vest. This type of vest will allow you to add up to an extra 22 pounds to your weight. This means you get more resistance in your workout, which will boost your speed, strength, and stamina so that you will have an advantage over your opponent.

Another piece of cutting edge training technology is the neck strengthener. Having a strong neck is essential to avoid getting knocked out during an intense striking bout. This equipment will enable you to safely do neck exercises that will improve your ability to absorb the shock of punches coming at you so that you can stay in the fight a little bit longer. Another big perk to using this type of equipment is that it enables you to train the neck without the hassle of using free weights during your exercises.
